  I find it to be the best self serve car wash in Aurora/Newmarket. For a reasonable amount of money you can actually get the exterior of your car clean!

  If you only need to hose your car down, this is an inexpensive place to do so. However, the low rating is due to the lack of warm water, terrible brushes and also poor customer service. In fact, I was surprised at how rude the owner was. I pulled halfway into a bay as there were large, dirty chunks of snow. Since I have a small car it shouldn't have been an issue as there was still several feet of room before the asphalt.
  
  As soon as I put my money in the owner started arguing with me that I had to pull my car in further. I said fine, but could he please clear away the large chunks of snow? He frowned, shook his head and said"I cannot! I cannot!" He rolled his eyes at me as I asked for my money back. The worst part was as soon as I left he started clearing away the dirty snow chunks, so why did he lie about clearing it away?
